First, they gave us the room without window. It was terrible so that I asked room with window. Althoug the room was small, it was very clean and I felt safe because the staff was watching all the time.

We found the hotel to be a safe heaven from the madness outside. The rooms are basic but with everthing we wanted air-con, fridge, the restaurant downstairs did room service and the people working there we're really nice. We booked a good few trips with the travel agent in entrance, as she was a Lovely women especially helpful. The breakfast was ok, we didn't like being ask to buy a suit all the time in the lobby, but sure he's only trying to make a living. Overall I'd recomend it if your looking for a Place not on the Khoa San but still close and busy outside (i.e stalls right on the path at the entrance).

I originally spent 2 nights here at the start of travelling around southern asia and enjoyed it so much returned weeks later with friends. The location is perfect for khoa san road not too loud and a 2 min walk. the staff are really helpful and genuinly cant do enough for you. would def recommend this place, great value.

I appreciated having a clean bed, clean towels, and a relatively clean living space, but I found rather more than a few ants in my room, and the bathroom wasn't impressively well-kept. Other than the cleanliness, the room itself was fine - the TV was nice, the bed was suitable but not extremely comfortable, and the size was no problem for me.
However, the walls were *incredibly* thin, presenting a problem even for me, a heavy sleeper. I could hear everything in the rooms next to mine, as well as in the hallway - doors slamming, TVs humming, shower water running, conversations, etc. Some sound insulation would go a long way here. The staff were very helpful in moving me to a slightly quieter location after I complained, but they did so almost too quickly, and without questions, leading me to suspect that I am not the only person with this complaint.

You know what you get when you stay here. Helpful service, great location, safe, clean, comfy air conditioned rooms - even a good breakfast! Close enough but not on the noisiness of the Khaosahn, close to the palace and the street markets. The price is very reasonable and I always try to stay when in Bangkok. A great little hotel.

The Thai Cozy House is in a perfect location; very close to Kao San Road, and walking distance from many amazing sights such as the Grand Palace. The staff were incredibly attentive and made things a lot easier for me. Having the Spa upstairs, and restaurant and internet access downstairs made it even better, and that much more convenient. Hightly reccomended.

Staying in the city area may have its perks when shopping in the day but you'd probably never discover a shopping paradise like Khaosan that way. With a amazing variety of food and shops at low prices, it's no wonder that even locals shop here. Thai Cozy House is situated just 5 minutes from this lane. It's clean, and definitely value for money. The staff is exceptionally helpful and i've always come back here to stay everytime i visit bkk. It's amazing. Really.

Everything was pleasing except for the room itself. The staff was accomodating, we got free breakfast, and it was in a good location near Khaosan Road. The room however, was uncomfortable. There were no windows, and although there was some kind of air-conditioning, it was so stuffy and warm inside the room that we had trouble sleeping. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom was so tiny that everything got wet during a shower. I was excited to see a vanity in the room, but soon discovered its light was not plugged in nor was it near an outlet, which makes such a piece of furniture seem like a waste. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, and the room came with a TV and fridge. It was worth the money.

We stayed at this valuable guesthouse at the beginning and at the end of our trips and are very satisfied with the management. We reached Bangkok at about 6 am and could check in right away without any problem.
The guesthouse is situated in an convinient location. The clean rooms are tidy but nice with all facilities you need. The owner and his staffs are very friendly and service-minded. The inclusive breakfast set is simple but good.
The only problem we had are the pillows which are quite high for European people. But despite this small inconvinience we would recommend the guesthose to other guests and will return again.

Fantastic place to stay! Was my second time there and will come back again! Friendly staff who know their customers and are always there to help! I didn't like the lack of windows -- for me, it was a room for sleeping only. But if it had windows, then I probably wouldn't be able to afford it -- it is better value than other places I have stayed in Bangkok. It was quiet, and I slept well. The staff are great. I thought the restaurant a bit ordinary for breakfast (where are the banana pancakes?), but in fairness, it was a coupon meal. Perhaps guests could be offered extras (at cost) to modify the coupon breakfast? I didn't try a non-coupon meal. Internet access is generally very efficient. Reliable wake-up calls were very much appreciated.
