Overall
I appreciated having a clean bed, clean towels, and a relatively clean living space, but I found rather more than a few ants in my room, and the bathroom wasn't impressively well-kept. Other than the cleanliness, the room itself was fine - the TV was nice, the bed was suitable but not extremely comfortable, and the size was no problem for me.
However, the walls were *incredibly* thin, presenting a problem even for me, a heavy sleeper. I could hear everything in the rooms next to mine, as well as in the hallway - doors slamming, TVs humming, shower water running, conversations, etc. Some sound insulation would go a long way here. The staff were very helpful in moving me to a slightly quieter location after I complained, but they did so almost too quickly, and without questions, leading me to suspect that I am not the only person with this complaint.
