Jack was a particular favourite of ours but as I said we found all the staff excellent and will definitely be back to stay! Hopefully we had AC in the room, but I think you should put the AC also in the lobby! Restaurant was empty every night - is there something wrong with the food? ... atmosphere in restaurant looked dead so we went elsewhere; should not have to pay for use of internet.
