Cancellation Policy
1. You may cancel your booking in written mail at least 7 days before arrival, without any charges.
Less than 7 days - you will be charged for one night's stay
2. Group booking (4 persons and more in group)
- Full ONE night charged plus 50% of other nights for NO SHOW and for cancellation less than 7 days
3. Date change: please notify us at least 7 days in advance of your stay
FOR HIGH SEASON (July, Nov - Jan)
- Less than 7 days notice - FULL cancellation charge of every nights during high season July, November – January.
Environment Concern and Hostel Policy
1. Smoking is strictly not allowed in all areas at the hostel
2. According to old teak floor, shoes off on resident area except lobby
3. We encourage our guest to reuse linen and towel
4. No visitors and joiners allowed in the resident area except lobby
