Overall
we stayed for a week at Leelawadee Boutique. Despite it not being on any of the maps, it was just an easy short walk to town, (if you didn't want to go on a scooter-taxi, who have a depot outside the hotel). It was quiet, cool. Lovely breakfasts with a good view down the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'd definitely stay there again.

Overall
Hotel is about 10 minute walk from the Patong beach. It was nice and quiet. Hotel reception was helpful.

Nice rooms and kind staff - not exactly downtown Patong, but not too far away either. If were to return to Patong I would seriously consider to stay in Leelawadee once more.
