Overall
The hotel is well-designed and laid out. The location is superb - quiet beach and area. Lovely pools and spacious, comfortable accommodation.
During the week it was very quiet - a plus for me, but don't come expecting fantastic nightlife! - getting busier at the weekend.
To increase appeal to families (Western), it would be useful to supply baby cots and high chair in the restaurant. I was travelling with a 17-month-old.
I had to ask for pool towels (they were not readily available) and some of the umbrellas by the big pool were a bit old and sun shone through them.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was quite good and prices reasonable.
All in all, a lovely place to stay and well worth travelling to from Bangkok.
I hope to come back.

Overall
The location itself is excellent, but the resort is difficult to access, the signpost to resort should be spot to show the direction for easy driving.
