Only comment about internet, as I am on business trip, I need access to internet. My request on the reservation form for internet was confirmed, but the room I got doesn't have signal. The next day moved to another room and now satisfied.

Price and view of the pool was good. The pool is one fo the best features of the hotel. Could the pool bar be open to 8pm verus 6pm? Room was nice size but could do with some maintenance in the bathroom. I will stay here again and the staff went out of their way to make us at home for my family.

for what you pay this is a no frill good value hotel.a good location for shops and town.Nice pool and gardens.rooms are a bit basic and small things like a desent shower hose could make it so much better.could do with more sunbeds in the busy season though we had no problem sitting where we wanted.Staff friendly and helpful.Not that impressed with the food but overall enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We really liked our stay. Staff was very friendly and willing to help if there was something. We had a nice bungalow nice and tidy.
Maybe something can be done about the children pool that the children are not the hole day in the sun.

The rooms needs a renovation aspecially the bathroom. In the room is a very bad smell.
The beds are good and we got every dag clean sheets.
breakfast is excellent,I found the excellent quality of cleaning of the hotel, staff always present to clean the rooms or other cleaning with a smile and very friendly

Decent enough hotel but found the number of Thai lady guests with old European men excessive and in your face. Not very suitable when you have children of an impressionable age. Hotel was chosen as it was away from walking street and all the associated trappings

This was my third stay at Green Park. This time I was accompanied by my wife and son so I got the Junior suite (one bedroom with living area). I was disappointed to find my one bedroom was really just a large single room. Recommend adjoining rooms vice suite if traveling with family. Very nice pool and swim up bar. Appearently it is an accepted practice to "reserve" lounge chairs near the pool by placing a towel on a choice chair, then returning later to use it. We did not know this and sat in some chairs only to be mildly berated by an elderly German woman regarding the "reservation system". We then noticed that most of the other chairs had also been "reserved". Most of the "reserved" chairs had not even been used when we departed the pool area about 11am. We booked on the internet and my credit card was charged twice. The front desk staff appeared to be very helpful with this matter. They showed me a document that indicated the bank had "declined" one of the payments but the charge remained on my credit card. I am having to contact my bank to dispute the charges. As of this posting, the charge is still there.
Although I was not pleased with the aforementioned aspects of the hotel, I do enjoy the tucked away location and quite surroundings. Beds are comfortable and front desk personnel are polite and friendly. There is a tailor shop in the front. Recommend that for mens suits only and not dresses. My wife was not satisfied with her dress.
